Główne tematy badawcze:

  1. Paleomagnetyzm skał paleozoicznych z Ukrainy (skały osadowe sylurskie i dewońskie z Podola) i z Sudetów
  2. Magnetyzm środowiskowy – badanie własności magnetycznych i nośników magnetycznych w profilach glebowych z czystych i zanieczyszczonych rejonów Polski, Ukrainy i Słowacji
  3. Anizotropia pozostałości magnetycznej
  4. Badanie własności magnetycznych minerałów w odniesieniu do gleb – badanie przemian fazowych minerałów magnetycznych w czasie grzania, określanie wielkości i struktury ziaren magnetycznych na podstawie charakterystyk niskotemperaturowych, parametrów histerezy, pozostałości bezhisterezowej i zależności podatności magnetycznej od częstotliwości pola magnetycznego.
  5. Współpraca z zagranicą: Współpraca z Instytutem Geofizyki Narodowej Akademii Nauk Ukrainy i Instytutem Geofizyki Słowackiej Akademii Nauk.
