The Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences was introduced by Order No. 2/2022 of the Director of 26th January 2022. The document was created as a result of the work of the Commission for developing the Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Geophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, established by Decision No. 7/2021 of the Director of 16th July 2021.

Plan Równości Płci dla IGF PAN koncentruje się na najważniejszych obszarach zdefiniowanych przez Komisję Europejską. Jego nadrzędnym celem jest promowanie, wdrażanie i monitorowanie działań mających na celu zapewnienie równości płci i różnorodności oraz przeciwdziałanie wszelkim formom dyskryminacji w miejscu pracy i nauki, umożliwiając przy tym swobodny rozwój naukowy, zawodowy i osobisty.
The Gender Equality Plan at IG PAS focuses on the most important areas defined by the European Commission. Its primary goal is to promote, implement and monitor activities aimed at ensuring gender equality and diversity and counteracting all forms of discrimination in the workplace and study, while enabling free scientific, professional and personal development.
