International Day of Tolerance at IG PAS – diversity is our strength!

On November 16th, we celebrate the International Day of Tolerance, established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1995 at the initiative of UNESCO. This day is dedicated to respecting, accepting, and appreciating the diversity of cultures and traditions. According to Article I of the Declaration of Principles on Tolerance, tolerance is “harmony in diversity” – a moral duty, a foundation of peace, and a value that builds bridges between people. The celebration of this day also serves as a reminder of the need to combat discrimination and prejudice.... >
