Kayak trip down the Bzura River

On Friday, May 26, a kayak trip was organised, in which a large number of employees of our Institute took part.

The route led from Kompina to Kozłów Biskupi, and the distance was 18 kilometers. Everyone managed to fit in the estimated time of the trip, which was calculated at about four hours, despite various smaller or larger adventures along the way.

The mood was good, despite the fact that some were a bit soaked. After the kayaking, a well-deserved warm refreshment awaited everyone. The evening was highlighted by stories of our colleagues, who told about their countries: Switzerland (Nicole Hanselmann, a PhD student from the Department of Hydrology and Hydrodynamics) and India (Dhruv Maniktala, Tanmay Keluskar - PhD students from the Department of Polar and Marine Research - and Abhishek Bamby Alphonse, a PhD student from the Department of Hydrology and Hydrodynamics).
